The Los Angeles Dodgers Have a Bright Future with Five Top Prospects Making the Top 100 List

While the Dodgers gear up for an uncommon three consecutive championships in the majors, their well-stocked minor league system has already paved the way for ongoing success in the coming years.

In the 2026 updated Top 100 Prospects list unveiled today by MLB Pipeline on MLB Network, the Dodgers boast five players. The system’s most notable strength lies in its outfielders, as Josue De Paula, Zyhir Hope, Eduardo Quintero, and Mike Sirota all made the list. Shortstop Emil Morales is the only Dodger on the list who is not an outfielder.

De Paula leads the pack at 15th overall, maintaining his status as the Dodgers' top prospect. The 20-year-old spent most of the 2025 season with the High-A Great Lakes Loons before a brief promotion to Double-A Tulsa late in the year. He posted a .250/.391/.400 slash line with 12 home runs, 44 RBIs, and 32 stolen bases. He is considered one of the most MLB-ready young hitters in the organization, and if he continues to develop, he could make his major league debut as soon as next season.

“I feel that over time, as long as I can control my mindset, I will be in a very good place for a long time,” De Paula said after winning the Futures Game MVP last summer. “I’ve learned from the veterans about how to approach work, schedule my days and routines, and manage my mental game throughout a full season.”

Just turned 21, Hope ranks 27th on the list. Over the past two seasons, his development path has mirrored De Paula’s, including a brief stint in Double-A at the end of the season. Between High-A and Double-A, he posted a .266/.376/.428 slash line with 13 home runs, 29 doubles, and 80 RBIs.

The 20-year-old Quintero ranks 30th following a breakout 2025 season. He earned California League Player of the Year honors and also received the Dodgers’ Branch Rickey Minor League Player of the Year Award. After a strong start at Single-A Rancho Cucamonga, he was promoted to High-A late in the season. Across both levels, he hit .293/.415/.508 with 19 home runs, 69 RBIs, and 47 stolen bases.

Sirota, 22, is ranked 60th. Acquired from the Cincinnati Reds in last winter’s trade involving Gavin Lux, Sirota impressed in his professional debut, posting a remarkable .333/.452/.616 slash line with 13 home runs, 16 doubles, and 54 RBIs. A right knee injury limited him to just 59 games, but in that limited sample, he demonstrated why the Dodgers valued him so highly.

Nineteen-year-old Morales rounds out the Dodgers’ selections at 92nd. After dominating in rookie ball, he continued his hot streak last year upon promotion to Single-A Rancho Cucamonga, hitting .339/.420/.548 with 27 RBIs in 30 games.

Although the Dodgers’ big offseason signings have drawn the spotlight in recent years, they have simultaneously stocked talent throughout all levels of their organization. From the top down, this is a team built for both present and future success.
