Hong Kong won the Men's IIIB category by the unanimous approval of the Committee in the absence of competition; In the women's IIB category, Hong Kong overtook Lithuania with 54.55% of the vote. The men's U18 IIIA class was the most tightly contested, with Hong Kong drawing with Turkey in the first round. In the second round, 14 members from Sweden, Latvia, Kyrgyzstan, Hungary, France, Canada and the Czech Republic, together with representatives from participating countries, voted again, and Hong Kong won with 54.55% of the vote.

Date: 2-8 March 2026
Teams: Hong Kong, Bulgaria, Turkey, Israel, New Zealand and Uzbekistan

In addition, the Hong Kong Ice Hockey Association will send a team to the men's U20 IIIB tournament next year, which will be held in Kyrgyzstan from 18 to 24 January 2026, with teams from Hong Kong, Kyrgyzstan, Luxembourg, Mexico and South Africa.
