Su Wenjun pointed out that this is the concept of stealing, and he criticized: "The premise of the consistency practice is that it belongs to the authority of the association to have a consistent practice at all, for example, if two people breach the contract and only one person is investigated, then there is a problem of consistency or inconsistency."
