Yang Hansen shot 3 of 6, was perfect from the line with 4-for-4, and recorded 14 points, 17 rebounds, 2 assists, and 2 blocks, while committing 3 turnovers and 5 fouls. His rebounds marked a personal best in the G League. Postgame, he spoke to reporters.

When asked to assess the team’s performance in this game, Yang Hansen said, “I think everyone played very cohesively. Facing their small lineup, they helped cover a lot for me. We executed great team play and secured the win.”
Discussing his time playing in the Development League, Yang Hansen said, “I wanted to try some routine training stuff there. Of course, I made more mistakes, so when I was down there, I even joked with them about letting me be the point guard.”

Regarding how the Development League experience helps him with the Trail Blazers, Yang Hansen explained, “Mainly it’s about improving my fitness, foot speed, and scoring efficiency. I try to enhance all aspects of my game to contribute as much as possible to the team.”
Finally, when asked how he would describe his half-season NBA career with the Trail Blazers, Yang Hansen humorously replied, “Just hustling and grinding.”
