So dramatic? At 40, Dwight Howard accuses his wife of a marriage scam: Claiming she lied about being able to have children

On June 15, Beijing time, according to the latest legal documents obtained by TMZ, 40 former NBA star Dwight Howard accuses his wife of being full of lies, manipulation, and falsely claiming to be fertile, thereby designing a scheme to deceive him into marriage.

Howard has applied to the court for a restraining order against his wife Amber (stage name Amy Luciani). He states that the two have had ongoing conflicts over the years, which is the reason he filed for divorce.

Howard claims that Amber repeatedly fabricates lies and slanders him, leading him to miss work opportunities; she has also spread false among his friends, family, and the biological mothers of his children, and even made false statements to law enforcement.

Howard points out that she couldn’t have children, deliberately hiding this fact and lying to lure him into marriage. Amber’s side has denied all of Howard’s accusations.

Regarding the accusation of using cocaine, Howard flatly denied it, stating that he has never touched drugs in his life and that this false accusation also cost him his job.

A few later, Howard and Amber reached an agreement: both parties must maintain a distance of more than 100 yards from each other and must not harass each other on social media.

The court has ruled that this mansion in Georgia is exclusively for use, while Howard must pay $10,000 to Amber as moving assistance.
