As reported by ESPN on July 10, Anthony Davis' time in Los Angeles has seen yet another notable chapter close. The Washington Wizards big man has sold his luxury home in Los Angeles for a staggering $32 million.

Davis was traded to the Dallas Mavericks in February 2025 as part of a major deal that brought Luka Dončić to the Lakers. In February of this year, the Wizards acquired Davis from the Mavericks via trade. The property was listed for sale last August. According to Zillow's listing, the home was originally priced at $39.9 million, meaning the final sale price was 19.8% lower than the initial asking price.

The estate is situated in the affluent Bel Air Crest neighborhood, featuring 8 bedrooms, 12 bathrooms (8 full baths and 4 half baths), and a total floor area of 17,254 square feet (approximately 1,600 square meters).
The home is equipped with top-tier luxury amenities: a basement level includes a private movie theater, a game lounge, a wet bar, a wine cellar, a gym with a massage room, and a dedicated beauty salon.

Outdoor highlights feature a standard Olympic-sized swimming pool, a combined tennis and basketball court, and a baseball batting cage. The exterior also includes a professional-grade outdoor kitchen, a private vegetable garden, and a poolside cabana with a cold plunge pool and a sauna. The entire property is fitted with an elevator, solar panels, a full smart home system, and a dedicated parking courtyard that can accommodate over 30 vehicles.
Davis played six seasons for the Lakers, averaging 24.8 points, 11 rebounds, and 3.2 assists per game, and won an NBA championship with the team in the 2020 bubble.
During the 2025-26 season, he played for both the Mavericks and the Wizards, posting averages of 20.4 points, 11.1 rebounds, and 2.8 assists per game. Today, Davis watched from the sidelines as top pick Cooper Flagg made his Summer League debut.
