Trail Blazers Officially Announce Yang Hansen's Return! Game Against Timberwolves at 11 AM Today After Missing One Game Due to Illness

On July 14, Beijing time, the Trail Blazers officially confirmed that small guard Kira Lewis Jr. has been included in the Summer League lineup. D.J. Stewart (left hamstring strain) is out for today's matchup, but Yang Hansen is cleared to play. Portland takes on the Timberwolves at 11 AM today, having missed Yang Hansen in the last game because of his health issues.

In their first Las Vegas Summer League game, the Trail Blazers fell to the Suns 79-81. Yang Hansen started and played 26 minutes, shooting 5-of-10 from the field and 2-of-3 from three-point range, finishing with 12 points, 9 rebounds, and 4 assists.

Prior to this, Yang Hansen had just completed two World Cup qualifier games with the Chinese national team. He then immediately flew back to the United States to represent the Trail Blazers in this year's NBA Summer League. Portland has played two games so far, losing 79-81 to the Suns and 105-112 to the Magic, and will next face the Timberwolves and the Nuggets.

Previously, Trail Blazers reporter Richman predicted that Yang Hansen had likely played his last Summer League game due to health issues. However, the team later announced that Yang Hansen would be available for today's contest.

In the latest roster released by the Chinese men's basketball team, Yang Hansen was included. He will continue playing in the Summer League with the Trail Blazers, followed by personal training. According to the plan, he will participate in the World Cup qualifier games in August.
