Hello everyone, I’m Game Xiaodi.
King recently launched a limited-time voucher campaign that once again stirred up great player participation. The latest event, which ended yesterday, rewarded 200 limited-time vouchers per match played. This has led many players to ask whether this limited-time voucher event will continue.
Currently, the official total amount of limited-time vouchers given in this round is 1010, which is just enough to buy an epic skin with some leftover, but falls slightly short for a legendary skin. Therefore, many are eager to know if there will be more limited-time vouchers distributed later.
Unfortunately, the official has not clearly stated whether limited-time vouchers will continue to be given out. In the initial announcement of the “Lantern Dream” voucher event, they confirmed more vouchers would be provided. Indeed, on the 29th update, the 200-voucher-per-match event launched as promised, but the latest announcement made no mention of further vouchers. Today’s update also did not address this issue at all.
The limited-time voucher store is officially set to close on the 14th, which is next Sunday, about 10 days from now, and roughly 7 days before the next update. Time is tight, so regardless of whether more vouchers come, it’s recommended to plan as if there won’t be any more and consider redeeming rewards early. Just make sure to redeem before the 14th.
Given the current amount of limited-time vouchers and the legendary skins available in the voucher store, redeeming legendary skins is highly uneconomical and not recommended.
First, there are only 1010 limited-time vouchers now, but a legendary skin requires 1688 vouchers, meaning you’d still need to cover a gap of 578 vouchers yourself. This extra cost could easily buy the new epic skin value pack (490 vouchers) plus the newly launched hero-quality flash sale skin (60 vouchers).
Also, although there are eight legendary skins available, they are all very old skins, last released or refreshed around 2019, about five to six years ago. Their quality is quite behind the current legendary skins, and some effects feel outdated. When the voucher event first launched, the skins offered were very generous, like Li Xin’s One Thought Demon and Diao Chan’s Midsummer Night Dream, both highly praised legendary skins, but none of those appeared this time. Overall, it’s better to choose an epic skin and use the remaining vouchers to exchange for points lottery tickets and try your luck there.
That’s all for today. If you found this helpful, please give a like to support. If you have anything to say, ask, or want to see, leave a comment below—I read all of them~
