This time, I'll combine the bestseller list and the new product list in the game shop to give a more comprehensive sales overview, providing a reference for your skin purchases.

The top six on the current bestseller list are: Great Siming "Yiguan Changge," Diao Chan "Summer Memory," Pan Gu "Meridian Explorer," Zhu Bajie "Super Rescue," Ai Lin "Summer Iris," and Zhao Yun "Flying Dragon Divine General." Note that the bestseller list reflects sales data over a certain period, so skins released later theoretically have an advantage. For example, the earlier "Journey to the West Demon Sealing" trilogy skins, having been released earlier, are no longer visible on the list.

Sales Analysis

Sun Quan's new skin firmly holds the top spot on the new product list. "Fairy Fan Envoy" achieving first place is not surprising, for two main reasons: First, this is Sun Quan's first epic skin. Previously, only one brave skin was available for him, and many players had been waiting a long time for a high-quality skin. So, for many, it's a must-buy, and they acquired it immediately. Second, Sun Quan himself has considerable popularity, with good looks and a satisfying skill mechanism, leading to strong player attachment to the hero. Combined, these factors ensure the skin's sales won't be poor.

The Great Siming's FMVP skin didn't make the new product list. "Yiguan Changge" topped the bestseller list but failed to appear on the new product list, which might surprise many. The reasons are twofold: On one hand, the pro player Zhong Yi's camp store diverted a significant portion of sales. Many fans prefer to buy from the player's camp store to support their favorite player, and camp store sales are not counted in this list, so the in-game official shop naturally lost sales. On the other hand, the overall reception of the skin after release was below expectations, with mixed reviews on its effects and feel. This is common for many new skins. The final verdict will depend on how the reputation develops later; otherwise, the skin should have at least made the list.

Two returning brave skins outperformed Zhu Bajie's new skin. Additionally, Diao Chan's "Summer Memory," a returning brave skin, ranked higher than Zhu Bajie's newly released epic skin "Super Rescue" on the bestseller list. The reasons are simple: First, Diao Chan's popularity is much higher than Zhu Bajie's. Skin collectors and Diao Chan players are willing to pay, even though the skin originally cost 60 vouchers but now costs at least 200 vouchers upon return. Second, the current 1-voucher pass event significantly boosted the sales of returning skins. After all, spending 10 vouchers for 7 packs is much more cost-effective than exchanging 20 vouchers for one pack. So some players chose to try their luck, and given Honor of Kings' huge player base, quite a few managed to get the skin directly from those 7 packs.
