Hello everyone, I'm Xiaodi from Game.

King's Farm has been live for over two months now and has been well received by many players. I've written some sharing articles, and I've noticed many friends saying that although their levels are already very high—some even reaching level 70+—they rarely see mutated hero crops. Many people haven't even managed to grow 560x or 840x mutated crops at all. In this episode, let's talk about this issue.

Don't Over-Focus

Many players might be too concerned about their farms, logging in frequently and performing many actions, most commonly watering too often. However, crops need natural growth time, and excessive human intervention may affect the natural mutation probability. Generally, it's recommended to limit watering to no more than three times, and only water when the crop's water level is almost depleted, giving the crops enough time to grow naturally. Watering every one or two hours is not advisable.

Another point is timed harvesting, which has been mentioned many times. Many players like to time their crops to mature just before 8 a.m., even setting alarms for it. Why? Because this way they can avoid having their crops stolen while also being able to steal friends' crops on time. But this approach is actually wrong. The official game encourages stealing, so they specifically set conditions where stealing can also trigger mutations. If you harvest all your crops at the exact moment, you're essentially giving up the chance of being stolen from triggering a mutation. Although being stolen from causes economic loss, if it triggers a mutation, the crop's yield will double. Obviously, this risk is worth it. Therefore, you should not only avoid preventing theft but also actively invite more friends to steal from your farm to increase mutation opportunities. Don't lose the big for the small out of fear of a little loss.

Avoid Overly Extreme Operations

Some players, in pursuit of the best results, tend to do everything to the extreme. For example, the most common case is blessings. Generally, the daily blessing limit for a farm is 60 times. Many players, for convenience, create alt accounts to use up all blessings at once. But practice shows that high-frequency blessings in a short period don't substantially help trigger rare mutations; they may even dilute the effect of each blessing. It's better to spread out the blessing times, arranging blessings for each crop cycle, rather than putting all blessings on the same batch of crops. This might yield better results.

Also, have you noticed that crops with relatively lower cultivation levels are more likely to undergo giant or hero mutations? Crops that have reached full cultivation seem to have a lower chance of rare mutations, although this is not absolute. In any case, if a certain crop hasn't triggered a mutation for a long time, try planting other types of crops; you might trigger a special event. Therefore, it's recommended not to plant just one type of crop. Instead, plant two or three types alternately to slow down the rate of reaching full cultivation and extend the hero mutation cycle. For example, plant a 32-hour hero mutation crop in one batch, then switch to other short-cycle crops in the next batch, keeping the farmland in an active state.

I wonder, after all this time of farming, have you managed to obtain 840x or 560x mutated crops? Feel free to share in the comments section.
