Hi everyone, I'm Game Xiaodi.

Have you noticed that recently the recharge events in Honor of Kings have been quite frequent, with daily and cumulative top-ups appearing often? This week, another such event has been introduced. In fact, for many players, these events are definitely worth participating in. After all, the recharged tickets don't have to be spent immediately, and you can also get some extra rewards. This is much more cost-effective than making a last-minute top-up when you want a skin. However, the rewards vary significantly across different tiers, so which tier suits you best? Let me do the math based on different spending habits.

Light spenders: 10-ticket tier

If you are generally frugal with recharges and rarely buy skins, or if the most you ever spend is on the battle pass or the 60-ticket Valor skin flash sales, then just participate in these events casually. The 10-ticket tier is the best choice—it offers the highest value. Typically, 1 yuan gives you 10 tickets, plus an extra Skin Shard & Points Choice Chest ×1 and 30 Glory Points. That's essentially a 4x return on your 1 yuan. There are about 52 weeks in a year, but not every week has such an event. Assuming 40 weeks with events, recharging 10 tickets each time adds up to 400 tickets and 1600 Glory Points. Combined with points from other events or lottery vouchers, you can accumulate enough for a Glory Crystal in no time. Of course, this calculation is for cumulative top-ups; daily top-ups would have even more opportunities.

Medium spenders: 60-ticket tier

If you occasionally top up a bit to buy skins, such as keeping up with the battle pass or sometimes grabbing the 490-ticket value pack, then I recommend the 60-ticket tier. The rewards include a Skin Shard & Points Choice Chest ×2 and 30 Glory Points. You get one extra chest compared to the 10-ticket tier, but the actual gain isn't huge, so the value is slightly lower. Still, using the same 40-event-per-year assumption, you also get the 10-ticket tier's bonus. That means you'd receive about 2400 tickets and 3600 Glory Points annually. With that, you can grab a few of your favorite Epic skins, and your Glory Points accumulate faster, bringing you closer to a Glory Crystal.

Big spenders: 300-ticket tier

If you frequently buy skins you like and occasionally participate in wish draws, then the higher 300-ticket tier is a clear choice. Its rewards include a Skin Shard & Points Choice Chest ×3, a Points Lottery Voucher ×1, and an Avatar Frame Choice Pack ×1. The variety is nice, but in the end, it's essentially 80 Glory Points in value.

Again, based on 40 events, the Glory Points from this tier alone amount to 3200. Adding the points from the 10-ticket and 60-ticket tiers gives a total of 6800 Glory Points. With a discount on lottery draws, you could try 34 times for a Glory Crystal. Additionally, you'd get 12,000 vouchers, which is quite significant—enough to buy 12 Legendary skin value packs at 990 tickets each, or 24 Epic skin value packs at 490 tickets each.

As for the higher 1000-ticket and 2000-ticket tiers, I personally don't think they're necessary. The extra rewards from those tiers have relatively low value, so only big spenders should feel free to go for them.
