Hello to all LPL viewers and League of Legends summoners, this is World Game Hub.
The LPL has had no matches for the past two days because the EWC qualifiers have entered a new stage. Teams that advanced in the first phase still need to continue playing online matches, and yesterday BLG and JDG faced off in a new round of competition.

This time, the BLG team finally suffered a setback, losing the match after being defeated in a reverse sweep despite winning the first game.
BLG suddenly collapses, Bloodsong On appears unwilling to win.
BLG has been exceptionally strong since the playoffs of the first stage. After entering the Pioneer Tournament, they continued to defeat top teams from various regions and successfully won the championship. Their momentum remained unstoppable in the second stage, achieving a 12-match winning streak. Just when everyone thought BLG was unbeatable, they encountered a sudden collapse.

In the match against JDG, BLG continued to choose unconventional lineup compositions. The first game saw them completely dominate their opponents, with BLG's bot lane repeatedly achieving lane kills. JDG's support had a disastrous start, and the jungle was caught early, resulting in a 0-3 opening.
Afterward, BLG aggressively attacked the bot lane, causing JDG to quickly collapse. On's Spider performed perfectly, and news of success also came from the top lane, where Bin once again solo-killed Xiaoxu. By this point, the match was essentially decided.

It was expected that BLG would easily win, but things went wrong from the second game onward. BLG selected a lineup that almost entirely consisted of filler champions, resulting in an early jungle collapse. JDG prepared a strategy targeting jungler Xun, and Junjia caught Xun invading the jungle, with a level 5 versus level 6 advantage, pushing him into the turret and securing the kill.
Bot lane On's Tahm Kench encountered issues, falling significantly behind in levels while roaming, and was caught in the jungle and eliminated.
The championship hero is crushed, Bin is hindered by teammates.
After JDG gained momentum, they began relentlessly targeting top laner Bin. Bin's Rumble died multiple times and struggled to develop properly. Meanwhile, BLG's double-carry combination of Ziggs and Miss Fortune lacked sufficient damage in a disadvantaged situation and had poor ability to seize opportunities. On's Tahm Kench seemed utterly unwilling to win, directly opting for Bloodsong, and being so far behind in levels that he essentially became a super minion.

This match was a classic example of jungle collapse and Bin being hindered by his teammates. The coach's lineup selection also highlighted an overly reckless approach.
However, entering the decisive game, BLG's BP still had significant issues. They chose Sion for Bin, who was in good form, and then BLG's jungle collapsed again. Junjia performed exceptionally well, successfully out-smiting with Maokai in the jungle, and in the subsequent mid-jungle duel, directly secured a 0-for-2 advantage.

After establishing momentum, Junjia successfully ganked the bot lane. Xun, unwilling to accept defeat, continued invading the jungle and was caught again, resulting in another death. After BLG completely collapsed, they only secured their first kill by targeting the top lane. This game's top laner Xiaoxu performed extremely poorly, dying repeatedly in critical situations, and even being solo-killed by Xun in the jungle, giving BLG some opportunities. However, in the final dragon fight, BLG retreated too late. After Bin's Sion died, JDG ended the game in one push, successfully winning this round.
Junjia's form is exceptional, BLG still has chances to advance.
Personally, I believe the main reason for BLG's loss in this BO3 was the jungle collapse. Xun, as BLG's championship hero in the Pioneer Tournament, was clearly outperformed by Junjia in this round. After the jungle was crushed, BLG's three lanes were all affected. In a disadvantaged situation, BLG also failed to seize any opportunities, partly due to significant issues in lineup selection, and partly because the players' mindset was overly relaxed.

Fortunately, after losing this round, BLG still has a chance to compete in the EWC. The qualifiers use a double-elimination format. JDG and AL, who won, will compete for the first slot to advance to the EWC. Subsequently, BLG will start from the loser's bracket and still have an opportunity to qualify.
It is important to note Junjia's form. During the league matches, JDG actually used jungle invasion strategies against AL in their games, targeting Tarzan relentlessly. The jungle was almost completely countered, causing AL's rhythm core to collapse and unable to provide more assistance to teammates.

This tactic proved effective against BLG as well. BLG clearly did not anticipate Junjia's form being so strong. After losing, they need to thoroughly review and address this point. For a team like BLG, losing one match can actually be beneficial, at least proving that there are still teams in the LPL capable of putting sufficient pressure on BLG, which can motivate BLG to continue improving and progressing.
