Hello everyone, LPL viewers and League of Legends summoners, this is Tianxia Game Hub.
In yesterday's EWC Esports World Cup quarterfinal stage, all three major LPL teams were eliminated, with the last one, BLG, losing to DK in the deciding game.

This complete wipeout has once again left the entire LPL region in a state of breakdown.
BLG stops at quarterfinals, Bin becomes a disgrace for top laners.
Before the match, most viewers thought BLG would advance easily, and their group stage performance was excellent, advancing after winning two consecutive games. In particular, Bin once again solo-killed Doran in the lane, leading viewers to believe BLG's form had improved.

Moreover, HLE unexpectedly lost to T1, and many viewers even began to fantasize about BLG winning the championship to redeem their reputation. However, BLG then pulled off a bigger upset than the first one, getting eliminated directly by DK.
In this round, BLG suddenly had a relapse; compared to the MSI finals, this time BLG's condition was even worse. The biggest root cause of the whole team is the top laner Bin, whose playstyle is extremely selfish, completely disregarding the team. In the first game, his Jayce had low poke accuracy and was almost useless in team fights.

In the second game, Bin became an even greater disgrace for top laners. His Gnar was solo-killed by Tristana three times in a row, shocking viewers worldwide. Being solo-killed once could be excused as a fair fight, but being killed a second and third time is simply inexcusable.
Despite this, BLG's four teammates managed to drag this top laner through a comeback victory in that game.
Casters collectively broke down: A disgusting game.
Compared to the three solo kills in the second game, the third game was the one that most shattered viewers and casters. In this game, BLG once had an 8-1 kill lead, and the mid-game should have been a situation of continuous offensive dominance, but major issues in teamfight decision-making and positioning arose in the mid-to-late game.

The root of the problem mostly lies with Bin. He was solo-killed by the opponent's top laner (Aurora), then during every critical teamfight timing, he went to the lane to farm minions while his teammates were engaged. His item build was also extremely unreasonable; as a mid-game champion, he contributed nothing in teamfights, with a 0-1-0 score at 20 minutes. In crucial teamfights, he didn't actively position to force enemy movement, purely dragging the team down without fulfilling Rumble's role, and they were wiped out in one teamfight.
This game caused many official and co-stream casters to completely break down. Caster Mao Mao directly lashed out: "If you don't want to play, go home. Don't play such a game. If you don't want to play, go home. What the hell were you playing today?"

Caster Miller, after seeing BLG's key being crushed, completely broke down, bluntly saying BLG didn't deserve to win, and directly called out Bin: "Bin only has solo kills and minion waves in his mind. Don't play top lane anymore. It's disgusting to watch."
Bin has never truly matured; he is essentially a baby top laner.
Co-stream caster Chu Jun believes that Bin's playstyle is purely tanking, and BLG as a team doesn't seem to want to win at all.
So we need to analyze why Bin and BLG played like this. Many viewers are now suspecting internal conflicts within BLG, which is indeed possible, but internal conflicts are not an excuse for tanking playstyle.

Personally, I think the most likely reason is that Bin has always considered himself the world's best top laner, being overly arrogant. He cannot stand being outmatched in lane or becoming a team player. Once he is suppressed or solo-killed, he tries to reverse the top lane disadvantage by ignoring the team and farming minions excessively, which has repeatedly dragged the whole team down, causing BLG to lose crucial matches in a row.
Another possibility is that he looks down on the EWC, or feels too tired from too many matches and doesn't want to play. If that's the mindset, then they are even less deserving of victory. Those who disrespect the game will never win a world championship.

In summary, Bin has never truly matured; he is essentially still a baby top laner. As early as his debut year, his playstyle was extremely toxic. Later, moving between teams and changing teammates and coaches, he never fixed his flaws. Such a top laner is very rare in the entire history of League of Legends.
For viewers, expecting a player like Bin to lead the team to a championship during the LPL's toughest period is indeed somewhat unrealistic.
