In the third week of the third stage of the 2025 VCTCN, EDG, which reinstated Jieni7 as a starter, regained its form, and Jieni7's performance showed significant improvement, helping the team secure a 2-0 victory.

In the rifle round, EDG took the initiative to pressure B tunnel, with Jieni7’s clever plays and teamwork demonstrating their shooting skills, overpowering TYL and widening the gap while gaining an economic advantage. However, TYL did not falter; thanks to Scales' stable carry performance, they fought back to tie the game. EDG made adjustments, won a crucial clutch, and then secured match point. In the match point round, EDG decisively launched an attack in the middle, instantly crushing TYL's offense and winning Figure 1 with a score of 13-10.

TYL scored the first two points, but EDG quickly equalized in the rifle round. The teams then engaged in fierce back-and-forth scoring, with Scales holding up under pressure to win a tense clutch, preventing the team's economy from collapsing. In the 11th round, TYL took out ZmjjKK and CHICHOO, two key players, but EDG maintained calm control in the middle. Smoggy executed a precise push to break through B zone, planting explosives and achieving a triple kill to win the clutch. Jieni7 also made a crucial play with the sniper and held off TYL's counterattack in the final round, allowing EDG to enter the second half with a 7-5 lead.

The first two points of the second half were claimed by TYL, bringing the teams back to a tie. In the crucial rifle round, TYL pushed through the middle, breaking EDG's defense one by one. CHICHOO managed to take down two opponents but couldn't change the outcome. Ninebody won a clutch against Smoggy, helping TYL establish a significant economic advantage at the start of the second half. However, EDG immediately showcased their strength, engaging in an intense fight in the middle, where EDG wiped out four TYL players in a quick ECO turnaround. The momentum shifted back to EDG, with Jieni7 heating up, securing another triple kill and forcing TYL to call their first timeout. TYL attempted to catch up using their ultimates, but nobody spotted Scales exposed at the edge of Viper's line of fire and eliminated him. After securing match point, EDG launched an attack from B zone in the match point round, swiftly overwhelming TYL and taking the victory with a score of 2-0!
