Trần Quyết Chiến and Bao Phương Vinh to take on global stars
Following fierce competition in the qualifiers, the HTV International 3-Cushion Carom Billiards 2026 - Becamex IJC Cup moves to the finals from August 14-16 at HTV Theater. The event features 64 outstanding players, among them top Vietnamese talents and international elite guests.
This is the first season with a new look under the HTV brand, continuing the 12-season journey of the Binh Duong International 3-Cushion Carom Billiards Tournament.
The qualifiers attracted over 230 players, from which 32 top players were selected along with 32 wildcard spots for the finals.

The most notable highlight is the participation ofTrần Quyết Chiếnand Bao Phương Vinh. Quyết Chiến is a World Cup champion, while Phương Vinh once triumphed at the World Championship.

Along withTrần Thanh Lực, these prominent home players are expected to deliver high-level matches in the race for the championship.

The tournament's appeal also comes from four international guests from South Korea and Turkey. South Korea features Kang Ja In, Park Jeongu, and young talent Kim Dohyeon, while Tolgahan Kiraz is the sole representative from Turkey. Kiraz is currently among the top 20 players in the world according to the UMB rankings, and Kang Ja In regularly participates in World Cup events.
Notably, Kim Dohyeon is only 18 years old and once qualified for the main round of the World Cup in Ho Chi Minh City 2026. The presence of these international players makes the tournament a valuable opportunity for theVietnamese players.
Additionally, two female players Nguyen Duc Yen Sinh and Le Thi Ngoc Hue are also among the 32 wildcard slots, adding a special touch to the finals.
With a lineup featuring many champions, experienced players, and young talents, the competition at HTV Theater is predicted to be very exciting and promising surprises.
The entire finals will be broadcast live on HTV channels and digital platforms, offering the chance to watch notable showdowns among top players, attracting fans of this sport.
