The CA Ho Chi Minh City Football Club (CATPHCM) is showing strong aspirations for the 2025/26 V-League by acquiring Brazilian forward Raphael Utzig.
Striker Raphael Utzig, who recently joined CA Ho Chi Minh City FC, has arrived in Ho Chi Minh City and begun integrating with his new teammates. With extensive international playing experience, Utzig is expected to be a valuable addition to the team’s campaign in the 2025/26 V-League. According to Transfermarkt, Utzig’s current market value is 850,000 Euros (equivalent to over 26 billion VND), reflecting the high hopes CA Ho Chi Minh City fans have for him.
Developed in Brazil’s youth system, Raphael Utzig has played in the Brazilian Serie A, one of South America’s top leagues known for its fierce competition and intensity. Additionally, he has European experience, having participated in the Europa League and Europa Conference League qualifiers with Gabala SC. With his impressive acceleration, refined technique, and creative playmaking skills, Utzig is sure to be a key element in strengthening CA Ho Chi Minh City’s attacking power.
