The 2025 Guangdong Super League has crowned its champion, with Shunde New Youth taking the title.

On the afternoon of August 24, the 2025 "Aoshen AFX Cool Turf" Guangdong Super League wrapped up at Sanshui Bainu Sports Hall, with Shunde New Youth beating Shenzhen Bibo Sog Air Hotel Apartment 5-4 to win the league title as a new team. Shenzhen Bibo took second place, and Chuan Cheng Enqi FC earned third.

The Shunde New Youth team includes several members from the National Games community football champion squad. After launching several attacks, Li Weizhe opened the scoring. However, Shenzhen Bibo quickly equalized. Shunde New Youth emerged as the biggest winner of this Guangdong Super League edition, earning top honors such as Best Player, Best Coach, Best Goalkeeper, and Best Lineup. This season saw 121 players score goals (compared to 87, 96, 93, 88, and 94 in the previous five editions), with a total of 286 goals, averaging 8.67 goals per game.

Currently, the Guangdong Super League has become a well-known grassroots event that fans eagerly anticipate each year, including the upcoming 14th edition. The Guangdong Super League consists of a series of competitions annually, featuring five major tournaments. Next up is the 14th Guangdong City Champions Cup, along with the 13th Guangdong League A, League B, and the 11th Women's Five-a-Side League. At the final, the intense competition drew enthusiastic cheers from the audience, while the Douyin platform set a new record for viewership following the previous round.
