Vietnamese fans have mixed reactions to the national team’s call-up list

Vietnamese supporters have shared their opinions on the roster announced for the Vietnam national team’s preparation for the 2027 Asian Cup qualifiers.

The Vietnam national team’s squad for the 2027 Asian Cup qualifiers was recently revealed, featuring many unfamiliar young players under the leadership of interim head coach Đinh Hồng Vinh. Notably, several experienced players with many years in the V-League were not called up this time. This list quickly attracted the attention of Vietnamese football fans and sparked lively debates across various forums.

Not only the goalkeeper position, but the defense, including players like Đinh Quang Kiệt from HAGL, has also caught fans’ attention.
