Following Manchester United's disastrous start to the new season, the players sidelined by Rúben Amorim have not changed their minds about staying; on the contrary, they are even more eager to leave the troubled Old Trafford. Among them, Ganacho's transfer to Chelsea has made significant progress, and his departure is only a matter of time.
Chelsea might sell Nkunku to AC Milan, while Nicolas Jackson is linked with a move to Bayern Munich, increasing the chances of Ganacho joining. According to The Telegraph, Manchester United and Chelsea have tentatively agreed on a transfer fee ranging from £35 million to £40 million, which aligns closely with market expectations.
Initially, Enzo Maresca’s team was only prepared to offer £30 million for Ganacho, while Manchester United valued the player at £50 million. Ultimately, both sides compromised and agreed on a middle ground price, which is a typical outcome.
Italian transfer expert Fabrizio Romano confirmed: "Chelsea and Manchester United have locked in negotiations for Ganacho. Chelsea confirmed their offer valued between £35 million and £40 million, waiting for Manchester United’s green light. The deal will happen; it’s just a matter of time... because Ganacho only wants to join Chelsea. It will be 'Here we go' very soon."
Romano revealed that Ganacho’s agent team recently received a call asking if they were willing to move to Saudi Arabia, but they declined the offer.
Romano said: "Ganacho clearly wants to go to Chelsea, and his camp is very optimistic, having rejected all other options. I heard that in recent days another Saudi club called asking: 'Why hasn’t Ganacho gone to Chelsea yet? Can we sign him?' Ganacho’s response was: 'Thanks, but I’m not motivated by money.' He wants to play for Chelsea and aims to finalize the deal before the deadline. I expect this transfer to succeed."
It is reported that Manchester United and Chelsea have reached a "broad agreement" on Ganacho’s permanent transfer, but some details remain to be finalized, such as the amount and activation of add-on clauses. Insiders say negotiations have accelerated in recent days, with only minor details left to resolve before completion.
Although some reports say no final agreement has been reached, the talks are indeed progressing, and the transfer is likely to be completed before the transfer deadline at 7 PM UK time next Monday.
Ganacho himself is fully committed to moving to Chelsea, having previously turned down offers from Bayern Munich and a Saudi Professional League club. The 21-year-old player has pledged his commitment to Chelsea, and personal terms have been agreed upon with no obstacles from the player's side.
Ganacho has not yet played this season but was recently spotted by British media out with two mysterious dark-haired women, suggesting new companions both on and off the pitch! The 21-year-old Argentine international was reported earlier this summer to have broken up with his longtime girlfriend Eva Garcia, with whom he has a one-year-old son named Enzo. They have since unfollowed each other on social media.
There were also rumors this summer that Ganacho vacationed in a camper van with Spanish influencer Ona Gonfaus. The British media recently photographed one of the women with Ganacho, who appears to be another Spanish influencer, Lauri, from Madrid. She has nearly 100,000 followers on various social media platforms and follows Ganacho mutually.
In the photos of Ganacho out with the women, Lauri wore a brown sports jacket and tight pants, similar to what she wore in a past video singing in a car’s backseat. The other woman held a green drink cup identical to one seen behind Ganacho. However, both insist they are just ordinary friends.
