According to sources from England, Roberto Mancini is emerging as a potential candidate for the Manchester United head coach role if the club decides to part ways with Ruben Amorim.
The 60-year-old Italian coach has not taken a new job since leaving the Saudi Arabia national team a year ago. Sources say Mancini believes he could be considered if the "Red Devils" decide to change their manager.
Interestingly, Mancini has a fairly close relationship with Sir Jim Ratcliffe – a major Man Utd shareholder – as both live in the south of France and have met multiple times at social gatherings.
