Vietnam U23 Sao points out the most dangerous team in V-League

Forward Nguyen Quoc Viet regards The Cong Viettel as the most formidable rival in V-League 2025/26.

On the evening of October 19, Ninh Binh Club spoiled coach Harry Kewell’s debut with Hanoi FC by securing a thrilling 2-1 victory. The visitors capitalized better on their chances in the second half, scoring two consecutive goals thanks to Daniel and Nguyen Quoc Viet.

For Quoc Viet personally, this goal serves as a major motivation in his development journey with the team from the ancient capital. After the match, the U23 Vietnam player shared: “For me personally, today’s win makes me really happy and proud to have contributed a goal for the team. I think today’s match was a very exciting game.

Both sides had many opportunities but failed to convert them. However, Ninh Binh ultimately knew how to seize the moment to claim victory,”Quoc Viet said.

After 7 rounds, Ninh Binh has faced several strong teams, including title contenders like Nam Dinh and The Cong Viettel. According to the U23 forward, The Cong Viettel is the toughest opponent this season:

“In my opinion, that is The Cong Viettel Club. They have very quality foreign players and a strong domestic squad with many members currently in the national team. Therefore, this is the team that can cause the most difficulties.”
