With strong support from the sports lottery public welfare funds, the venues in the Guangzhou area for the 15th National Games have undergone comprehensive upgrades. Among them, the Tianhe Sports Center Stadium achieved over 45% energy-saving and carbon reduction, becoming the nation's first near-zero carbon large stadium. Additionally, a new all-weather "sky" circular running track was added on the second-floor platform, and the outdoor fitness track was renovated, creating a "running paradise" shared by all citizens. On the day the fitness track opened, many Guangzhou residents came to experience it firsthand. Dai Yuancheng, a loyal runner of the Guangzhou Marathon, participated in the 10-kilometer mass fitness fun run and said that Tianhe Sports Center is located in the bustling city center, and the previous track was very popular day and night, but it had some bumps and holes.
