Nguyễn Filip left the field early, CAHN was held to a draw by the Australian team at Hàng Đẫy

Leading in the first half, Hanoi Police Club (CAHN) could not keep their advantage against Macarthur FC and had to accept a regrettable 1-1 draw at Hàng Đẫy on the evening of October 23.

Right after the opening whistle, CAHN started aggressively, implementing a dominant attacking strategy and continuously pressing the goal defended by goalkeeper Kurto of the visitors. In the 6th minute, Đình Bắc combined quickly with Quang Hải, broke free and delivered a dangerous cross into the penalty area. However, no home player was able to finish the chance. By the 18th minute, Quang Hải had a long shot opportunity but the CAHN captain chose to cross into the box, resulting in the play being cleared by Macarthur’s defenders.
