V.League 1-2025/2026: The Thể Công Viettel Club’s unbeaten streak comes to an end

On the opening day of round 8 (October 25), the dark horse Ninh Bình delighted fans again with a 3-1 away victory over PVF-Công an nhân dân Club, extending their unbeaten streak to 8 matches. The unstoppable form of coach Gerard Albadalejo Castaño’s team is helping them widen the gap with the chasing teams while creating an impressive record this season.

Visiting Becamex Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi Club also secured a narrow 3-2 win. The 3 points earned help the capital team maintain 6th place on the standings with 11 points. Following recent positive signs, Hanoi Club can confidently compete strongly with the top contenders.
