The Park Hang Seo International Football Academy, established by the Korean coach himself, officially started operations at the end of August 2023. The academy's launch not only marks Coach Park Hang Seo’s return but also represents a significant step forward in the development of youth football in Vietnam. Operating under a “Pyramid” model, the academy initially enrolls a large number of children aged 5 to 11 based on their interest and passion, then gradually filters them to form teams participating in youth tournaments. To date, the academy has stabilized its operations, focusing on basic football classes, international exchange programs, and experiential activities to help students gain early exposure to a professional playing environment. Coach Park Hang Seo emphasizes that through football, the academy not only nurtures talent but also contributes to the country's cultural and educational development.

Long-term vision for sustainable development of young players

In the near future, the Park Hang Seo International Football Academy aims to expand its scale and strengthen international cooperation programs to give young players opportunities to compete abroad. The academy’s future orientation extends beyond the fields in Hanoi. The Korean coach’s goal is to expand the network of facilities to major provinces and establish youth player exchange programs with advanced football nations such as South Korea, Japan, and Europe.
