Exciting atmosphere at the 2026 Youth Workers Men's Football Tournament in Phu Tho

On the morning of May 30, 2026, the opening of the 2026 Youth Workers Men's Football Tournament took place at Vinh Tien Stadium in Binh Tuyen commune, Phu Tho province, jointly held by the Vietnam Youth Federation Central Committee and TCP Vietnam Co., Ltd.

The 2026 "Young Workers – Spreading Positive Energy" Festival is being held in three localities: Phu Tho (May 30–31), Gia Lai (June 6–7), and Ho Chi Minh City (June 13–14), expected to attract over 6,000 young workers.

This series of "Young Workers – Spreading Positive Energy" festivals aims to equip participants with knowledge and life skills, enhance physical and mental well-being, and strengthen cohesion within the young worker community, especially in industrial parks, export processing zones, and non-state enterprises. It also serves as an opportunity for businesses to partner, demonstrate social responsibility, and show care for the young workforce.

The 2026 Youth Workers Men's Football Tournament in Phu Tho province features eight men's teams: TNCN Tan Lap, TNCN BHFlex, TNCN Bac Ke, TNCN Cosonic, TNCN Vinh Tien, TNCN InterFlex, TNCN Vinh Dong, and TNCN NewFlex.

The teams will compete in a knockout format to determine the champion, runner-up, and third-place finisher. The champion will receive a cup, gold medals, a prize worth 20 million VND, and 10 cases of Red Bull Warrior; the runner-up will get a plaque, silver medals, a prize worth 10 million VND, and 5 cases of Red Bull Warrior; the third-place team will receive a plaque, bronze medals, a prize worth 5 million VND, and 5 cases of Red Bull Warrior.

Immediately after the opening ceremony, the teams began competing with a spirit of sportsmanship and unity, delivering exciting and dramatic matches for the audience.

According to Mr. Nguyen Viet Ha, Secretary of the Youth Union of Binh Tuyen commune, Phu Tho province, with the aim of improving the spiritual life of young workers, the local Youth Union and Association have actively coordinated with relevant sectors and authorities to implement various measures. This has led to the creation of beneficial playgrounds, providing young workers with opportunities for healthy recreation and entertainment after stressful work hours.

"In Binh Tuyen commune, there are over 5,000 youth union members, including many young workers. Recently, the Commune Youth Union Standing Committee has collaborated with departments, mass organizations, and benefactors to regularly care for the lives of young workers, such as giving gifts to families in difficult circumstances during Lunar New Year, and organizing free health check-ups and consultations for young workers," Mr. Ha shared.

The 2026 Young Workers Festival is an occasion for the Youth Union and Association to demonstrate their role in accompanying young workers, especially those working in industrial parks and private enterprises where living conditions and spiritual life are still challenging. Through concrete activities, the program helps raise awareness, inspire a sense of responsibility, initiative, and active participation in movement activities among young workers.

This is not only a beneficial playground but also a bridge for the Youth Union and Association to become closer to young workers, providing them with additional motivation to work with peace of mind, stay committed, and develop in their jobs, thus contributing positively to the socio-economic development of the province.

Athlete Nguyen Duc Manh, from the Cosonic company team, shared that the 2026 Youth Workers Football Tournament is a healthy and beneficial playground that allows workers to satisfy their passion for football. "As soon as we heard about the tournament, we were excited and looked forward to it, maintaining our best fitness to compete and deliver great plays. The most important goal is to reach the finals. Regardless of the outcome, we will play with the highest determination to give the audience exciting matches," the player said.

Duc Manh also hopes that the tournament will continue to grow, gradually becoming a regular annual playground for workers, thereby boosting the spiritual life of young workers.
