In Group A, Young Hanoi continued their consistent form with a 1-0 away win against Ha Tinh Sports Training and Competition Center. This was the young capital team's sixth victory of the season, raising their total to 24 points after 12 matches, maintaining an unbeaten record and holding the top spot.
Hue defeated Young Hanoi Police 3-1 to increase their points to 22 after 11 matches. Meanwhile, PVF was held to a 1-1 draw by Young SHB Da Nang, earning just one point to bring their total to 14.
With these results, Group A has officially confirmed two teams advancing to the Finals: Young Hanoi and Hue.
In Group B, Lam Dong secured an important 2-0 win away at Tay Ninh to move to the top of the group with 22 points after 11 matches.
Three teams have secured their places in the 2026 National Second Division Finals: Young Hanoi, Hue, and Lam Dong.
The remaining ticket will be determined after the final qualifying round on June 7.
Vietnam U19 sets long-term goals.
VFF Vice President Tran Anh Tu stated that the 2026 ASEAN U19 Championship is an important stepping stone for Vietnam U19 to gain experience ahead of the 2027 AFC U20 qualifiers.

Midfielder Doan Ngoc Tan will wear the jersey of The Cong Viettel from next season after reaching an agreement with the army-backed club.
Recently, Doan Ngoc Tan confirmed his departure from Dong A Thanh Hoa after six years. During his time with the Thanh Hoa club, he made nearly 130 appearances, contributing to the club's two National Cup titles and one National Super Cup.
