Following a nationwide recruitment process lasting several months, the Nutifood Football Academy has formally unveiled the 30 top talents joining its fourth cohort.
This is considered the next generation of young players to be trained under experienced experts, including the influence of Mr. Guillaume Graechen (Coach Giom), who discovered and nurtured the famous generation of players such as Cong Phuong, Tuan Anh, and others.
From nearly 4,000 applicants nationwide, only 30 exceptional children secured a spot in the seven-year training program atthe Nutifood Football Academy. Among them are 26 outfield players and 4 goalkeepers, expected to officially start their studies from August 15th.

This year's selection process is praised for its high professional quality, as many candidates exhibited outstanding playing skills and modern tactical thinking.
During the final round, candidates underwent a series of rigorous tests, including 1-on-1 duels, 3-on-3 matches, individual technical assessments, physical fitness tests, situational handling, and on-field tactical evaluation.

Beyond professional factors, the selection panel placed special emphasis on long-term development potential, learning ability, competitive spirit, and personal character. These are considered key criteria for shaping future professional players.
Sharing after completing the selection process, the Project Director of the Nutifood Football Academy,Guillaume Graechen,remarked that the quality of this year's candidates was very even, with many possessing good football intelligence and the ability to adapt quickly to a professional training environment.
Choosing the final 30 faces therefore became no easy task. However, according to the French expert, the selected players all have great development potential and can become quality assets for Vietnamese football in the future.
One of the standout features of the Nutifood Football Academy is its comprehensive training model. Over the seven years of study and training, students receive full sponsorship covering accommodation, daily living, academic education, foreign language learning, as well as training, competitions, and healthcare.
Alongside football skill development, young players are also equipped with life skills, soft skills, and cultural knowledge following the Ministry of Education and Training's curriculum. The academy is also one of the pioneers in integrating psychological counseling into its training program to help young players build resilience, manage emotions, and overcome pressure in both study and competition.
In particular, a specialized nutrition program developed by Nutifood's team of experts is considered a crucial foundation for optimal physical development, strength, and endurance.
The arrival of 30 new Cohort 4 students marks another step forward in the journey of discovering and nurturing young talents atthe Academy. After nearly a decade of operation, it has contributed to introducing many promising players to Vietnamese football, such as Ly Duc, Quoc Viet, Nhat Minh, and Quoc Cuong.
With the newly selected generation of players, fans can rightfully look forward to new stars who will contribute to national teams and elevate Vietnamese football on the international stage.
