After the June 2026 FIFA Matchday, Indonesia is scheduled to participate in the AFF Cup in July and August 2026. The Indonesian team has set a goal of winning the championship.
In September and October 2026, Indonesia will continue to compete in the FIFA ASEAN Cup 2026.
"Thank you to all the fans who have always been loyal in supporting the national team. However, rankings in football sometimes do not guarantee the final result.
Therefore, we need to keep our feet on the ground and focus on the next matches to gradually get closer, while also breaking into the world's top 100," Erick Thohir emphasized.
Meanwhile, the Vietnam national team, despite not gathering or playing friendlies during this June FIFA Days, still held firm at 99th in the world with 1,225.68 points. Additionally, Vietnam remains 17th in Asia and second in Southeast Asia, just behind Thailand.
