Vietnamese Women's Golden Ball winner Thuy Trang 'ignites the flame' for hometown football

Following her peak achievement of winning the Vietnamese Women's Golden Ball, Tran Thi Thuy Trang remains unwavering in her contributions to domestic football. In the vibrant atmosphere of mid-June, the PM Sport field in Tan Son Ward, Ho Chi Minh City became a gathering spot for Da Nang natives living, studying, and working in the southern region.

Over 400 players from 23 fellow-countryman teams gathered here for the opening ceremony of the Da Nang Hometown Football Tournament in Ho Chi Minh City, competing for the first Kingtek Cup in 2026. More than just a sports event, it also served as a major festival for the Da Nang community.
