According to this source, the Vietnamese team is accelerating preparations for the AFF Cup 2026. The opponent of Indonesia’s squad in the group stage has just officially announced its latest roster for this year’s second training camp, featuring several notable highlights.

Coach Kim Sang Sik has called up 28 players to prepare for international friendlies as well as the AFF Cup 2026. The composition of the Vietnamese team blends seasoned veterans, promising young talents, and naturalized players.

The most striking aspect is the inclusion of three new naturalized players who have the potential to debut for Vietnam. Their presence is expected to deepen the squad of the "Golden Star Warriors."
