Round 4 of the Women's National Championship: Two title contenders secure big wins simultaneously

The team from the city named after Uncle Ho created an early difference in the 15th minute when Tran Thi Thuy Trang intercepted the ball and delivered a clever through pass for Phan Thi Trang to race through and finish neatly, opening the scoring. However, while the hosts struggled with their finishing, Ho Chi Minh City I delivered the decisive blow. In the 58th minute, after a shot by Thu Xuan was blocked by goalkeeper Ai Vy, Phan Thi Trang was in the right place to slot home the rebound, completing her brace and sealing the 2-0 victory. This result helped Ho Chi Minh City I maintain their stable form, while Hanoi I also gained three crucial points to stay in the championship race after Round 4.
