On the afternoon of July 9, four quarterfinal matches of the National Youth Football (U13) Yamaha Cup 2026 finals were held at Lach Tray Stadium (No. 17 Lach Tray, Gia Vien Ward, Hai Phong City). The Cong Viettel, Hanoi FC, SLNA, and Thanh Hoa each won their games to move on to the semifinal stage.

In the first quarterfinal, HVBĐ Truong Tuoi Dong Nai entered the match with high expectations after winning all three group-stage games, but their opponent was The Cong Viettel. In the second quarterfinal, Hanoi FC and CATP.HCM delivered a high-scoring, fiercely contested match for the spectators. Hanoi FC's attack then exploded, adding two more goals from Nam Cuong and Duy Dat to secure a convincing 4-1 victory. Hanoi FC advanced to the semifinal against their familiar rival, The Cong Viettel.
