V.League 2026/27 newcomer Trường Tươi Đồng Nai continues to demonstrate its initiative in the transfer market by officially unveiling the contract with defender Bùi Tiến Dụng.
Having developed through the PVF academy, Bùi Tiến Dụng is capable of playing both as a center-back and a defensive midfielder. Born in 1998, he is highly regarded for his aggressive playing style, strong tackling ability, and modern defensive mindset, promising to bring more solidity to the backline of the team led by coach Nguyễn Việt Thắng.
At the national team level, Bùi Tiến Dụng has represented various Vietnamese youth teams and was a member of the U23 Vietnam squad that finished as runners-up at the 2018 AFC U23 Championship in Changzhou. He later also featured in the Vietnam Olympic team that reached the semifinals of the 2018 Asian Games, gaining valuable experience in major continental competitions.

Bùi Tiến Dụng is one of the latest newcomers to join Trường Tươi Đồng Nai as they prepare for the V.League 2026/27 season.
As of now, the Southeast region club has officially announced five new signings, including goalkeeper Phạm Văn Phong, defender Nguyễn Văn Đức, center-back Bùi Tiến Dụng, midfielder Phan Văn Hiếu, and most recently, midfielder Phan Văn Hiếu.
Among them, Phạm Văn Phong transferred from Thể Công Viettel, Nguyễn Văn Đức recently won the V.League 2025/26 title with Công an Hà Nội, while Phan Văn Hiếu has previously played for Nam Định, Công an Hà Nội, Ninh Bình, and Bắc Ninh.
After winning the 2025/26 National First Division Championship to earn promotion, Trường Tươi Đồng Nai is actively upgrading its squad in preparation for its first season back in the top tier of Vietnamese football.
With a series of experienced additions, the club shows its determination to build a squad with sufficient depth to aim for survival and make a mark in the V.League 2026/27 season.
