VFF Vice President Tran Anh Tu meets and works with leaders of the Incheon Football Association.
On the afternoon of July 12, in Incheon (South Korea), VFF Vice President Tran Anh Tu held a meeting with representatives of the Incheon Football Association to discuss organizational matters regarding the training camp of the Vietnam national team ahead of the 2026 ASEAN Championship.
Attending the meeting were Mr. Seo Young Deuk – CEO of the Incheon Football Association and Mr. Lee Dong Jun – CEO of DJ Management, the unit coordinating with the VFF to organize the Vietnam team's training program in Incheon.
On behalf of the VFF leadership, Vice President Tran Anh Tu thanked the Incheon Football Association and local partners for providing favorable conditions in terms of facilities, training grounds, and logistics, contributing to the best possible preparation environment for the Vietnam team for the 2026 ASEAN Championship.
Vice President Tran Anh Tu also expressed a desire for both sides to continue strengthening cooperation in the coming period, especially in organizing training programs, exchanges, and football development between the VFF and the Incheon Football Association.
On behalf of the Incheon Football Association, Mr. Seo Young Deuk stated that he is very happy and honored that the Vietnam national team has chosen Incheon as its training base ahead of the 2026 ASEAN Championship. He affirmed that the Association will continue to accompany, closely monitor, and support the team throughout the remaining time of the training camp.
Expressing his affection for Vietnamese football, Mr. Seo Young Deuk expressed confidence that the Vietnam team will have the best preparation and achieve its goals at the 2026 ASEAN Championship. It can be said that the support from the Incheon Football Association and local partners has helped create favorable conditions for the Vietnam team to carry out its training plan properly, including three friendly matches against K.League opponents before returning home for the final preparation phase for the regional tournament.
