Accordingly, the main referee is Torphong Somsing. The two assistant referees are Rachain Srichai and Apichit Nophuan, while the fourth official is Niwat Phosri. All are experienced referees from Thai football.

Mr. Torphong Somsing is no stranger to Vietnamese football. This referee was previously invited to serve as VAR official in the match between Da Nang and Quang Nam in the 2024/25 V-League, a crucial encounter in the relegation battle.

He also served as the fourth official in Vietnam's 3-1 win over Malaysia in the 2027 Asian Cup qualifiers at Thien Truong Stadium on March 31.

Referee Torphong Somsing is frequently assigned to duties in the Thai League as well as major matches in Thai football, including the 2024 Thai FA Cup final.

Assistant referees Rachain Srichai and Apichit Nophuan also possess extensive experience in officiating professional tournaments.

Phan Van Duc leaves CLB Cong An Ha Noi

Midfielder Phan Van Duc will temporarily leave CLB Cong An Ha Noi to join another club on loan, despite his contract with the team still running until June 2028.

This decision was made to help the 1996-born player gain more regular playing time after a period of limited starting opportunities.

In June 2025, Phan Van Duc extended his contract with the police club for an additional three years.

Under coach Mano Polking, the midfielder from Nghe An faced difficulties competing for a spot, as CAHN has a deep and quality attacking lineup. During the 2025/26 season, he mostly came off the bench and did not leave a significant mark.

Moving to another club on loan is seen as an opportunity for Phan Van Duc to regain his match rhythm. The identity of the 30-year-old's new destination has not yet been announced.
