Hanoi Football Club officially extends the contract with midfielder Đỗ Hùng Dũng through 2028, continuing to retain one of the team's symbols.
The 2025/2026 season also marked the 10-year milestone of Hùng Dũng's association with Hanoi FC. Throughout this journey, the midfielder born in 1993 has always been a key player, contributing significantly to the team's successes with his resilient, professional, and responsible playing spirit.
The exemplary vice-captain's journey will continue as both sides have reached an agreement to extend the contract for another two years.

Having developed from the Hanoi Youth Football Training Center, Hùng Dũng debuted for the first team in 2016. To date, he has made 306 appearances for the capital club, winning 4 V.League titles, 3 National Cups, and 4 National Super Cups. Additionally, the midfielder born in 1993 was honored with the Vietnam Golden Ball award in 2019.
These impressive numbers are testament to a persistent, disciplined, and professional journey of dedication, while affirming Đỗ Hùng Dũng's important role in the development of Hanoi FC.
