CAHN signs another U23 Vietnam defender ahead of the new season

CAHN has officially signed U23 Vietnam defender Phan Ngọc Tín, further strengthening its roster ahead of the 2026/27 season.

Hanoi Police Club (CAHN) continues to stir up the transfer market ahead of the 2026/27 season when it officially announced the contract with young defender Phan Ngọc Tín. The arrival of the former U23 Vietnam international is expected to add depth and competitiveness to the defense of the reigning V-League champions as the team will compete on multiple fronts.

According to CAHN's announcement, Phan Ngọc Tín was born in 2004 and is regarded as one of the most promising full-backs in Vietnamese football. The player just had an impressive 2025/26 season with Quy Nhơn United in the National First Division. Not only did he perform consistently, but Ngọc Tín was also voted into the league's Team of the Season, thereby making a strong impression and catching the attention of many clubs before deciding to join CAHN.

With his fast-paced style, good attacking support, and excellent physical foundation, Ngọc Tín is expected to bring more tactical options to coach Alexandre Polking. As CAHN competes in the V-League, National Cup, and continental tournaments, having a deep squad is a crucial factor for the team to maintain competitiveness throughout the season.

This is also the latest contract in CAHN's squad upgrade campaign. Previously, the police team successively recruited national team player Nguyễn Đình Bắc to bolster the attack, and brought in goalkeeper Y Êli Niê to strengthen the goalkeeping position. Not stopping at player personnel, CAHN also added Portuguese assistant coach Paulo Mourinho to the coaching staff to support coach Polking in professional work and tactical analysis.
