A total of 13 cities participated in the last home bid for the top 18, namely Changchun, Changsha, Chongqing, Guiyang, Haikou, Hohhot, Jinan, Nanjing, Shenyang, Shenzhen, Wenzhou, Xi'an and Yuxi, of which Shenyang and Shenzhen hosted the home matches of the national football team in the round of 36.

The last two matches of the round of 18 are away to Indonesia on June 5 and Bahrain on June 10, when the national football team will fly from Jakarta, home of Indonesia, to Chongqing for the final game of the round of 18.
