Manchester United continue Osimhen's negotiations, fearing that his high salary will displease B Fei! The center forward has not yet been decided

Manchester United have been revealed to be still interested in Napoli's Osimhen on loan at Galatasaray, with TEAMtalk's Italian football journalist Rudi Galletti claiming that the Red Devils are still in direct contact with Osimhen's agent. However, if the Red Devils want to buy Osimhen, they must qualify for the Champions League.

This is not a player's request, but a premise set by the club itself for financial reasons. Unlike Djekereish, the 26-year-old Swedish centre-forward will only join teams that play in the Champions League, so Arsenal have the upper hand. Osimhen, who is the same age, can not play in the Champions League, but his income must be sufficient. Osimhen's personal treatment requirement is £400,000 a week before tax.

ACCORDING TO GIVEMESPORT, MANCHESTER UNITED ARE WARY OF OSMEEN'S WAGE DEMAND, FEARING IT WILL DISPLEASE OTHER PLAYERS IN THE DRESSING ROOM, ESPECIALLY CAPTAIN BRUNO FERNANDES, WHO ALL EARN JUST £300,000.

Ipswich's 22-year-old goalscorer, Liam Delap, has become a priority for Sir Jim Ratcliffe, with a penalty of just £30 million and a cap of £150,000 a week. However, there is no clear indication yet that the Englishman would be interested in opting to join Manchester United.

Amorim also has some doubts about Junior Delap, preferring mature strikers who have proven their goalscoring efficiency for many years, with Osimhen and Djekereish being the likes of them. He wants to try to find the perfect mix of young and experienced players in his squad so that he can move closer to the top of the Premier League next season rather than the relegation zone.

At the moment, there is no indication that United have made any significant progress on a centre-forward deal. Fiorentina striker Moise Keane became the latest striker to be linked this week with a possible move to Manchester United. But given Keane's poor performances in the Premier League for Everton and Serie A for Juventus, Rajue and Amorim are less confident that he can consistently score goals.

Brentford winger Brian Mbeumo has come into the spotlight of Manchester United precisely because he can score. Although he is not a centre-forward, his goalscoring record is impressive, scoring 18 goals in the Premier League this season. If he joins Cunha, United could see a significant increase in goals even without a centre-forward.

Other players who could be considered are Eintracht Frankfurt centre-forward Hugo Ekitike, although his value is currently considered exorbitant. Canada international Jonathan Davy would be a good free agent target, with he leaving Ligue 1 Lille and joining for free.

It's not just the strikers, United have also been linked with Bayer Leverkusen centre-back Jonatan Tower in recent days. According to Premier League transfer expert Dean Jones, United have indeed conducted a preliminary investigation into Jonatan Tower's situation as he does not need a transfer fee, but it seems too early to discuss his arrival.

Another topic to watch is whether Harry Maguire will eventually renew his contract. Manchester United have activated his one-year right of first refusal and are considering signing him for a longer term extension.

But the 32-year-old may need to reduce his current earnings of £190,000 a week and could well become one of the oldest outfielders in the squad next season.

Evans, 37, and Eriksen, 33, are both confirmed to leave, with Casemiro, 33, likely to be the only one older than Maguire by then. But Amorim admires Maguire's professionalism and resilience and believes his character is a trait that this young squad desperately needs.
