City's renewal of their contract with Puma stands as the largest kit manufacturing agreement in Premier League history.
Having established a £65 million per year deal with the German brand in 2019, City's new contract is believed to be worth £100 million annually until 2035, according to reports from British media.
This amount surpasses the £90 million per year agreement signed by Manchester United with Adidas in 2023.
Spanish powerhouses Real Madrid and Barcelona are both reported to have kit deals exceeding £100 million annually.
"We partnered with Puma with the goal of pushing our limits and exceeding expectations. We have accomplished this and much more over the past six seasons," said City Football Group chief executive Ferran Soriano.
"Puma has blended effortlessly into our organization, and we have celebrated numerous historic moments together, engaging fans worldwide."
Puma chief executive Arthur Hoeld added: "Puma's collaboration with Manchester City has been tremendously successful both on and off the field.
"The trophies, a perfect showcase for our performance products and commercial achievements, have been remarkable."
City's substantial deal follows the club's first season without significant trophies since 2016/17.
Pep Guardiola's squad finished third in the Premier League after winning the title for four consecutive seasons.
They also faced an unexpected FA Cup final loss against Crystal Palace and were eliminated in the recent Club World Cup in the round of 16 by Saudi Pro League team Al Hilal.
