According to the latest report from French media L'Équipe, Atletico Madrid has made a second offer for Chelsea's 21-year-old Portuguese defender Vega, totaling €35 million (including bonuses), which is €10 million higher than the player's valuation of €25 million. Currently, Atletico and Chelsea are negotiating the transfer of Vega.

Vega came through the youth academy of Sporting Lisbon and has previously played for Augsburg and Basel.
