Transfermarkt has placed Thép Xanh Nam Định among the top 10 Asian clubs by squad value in the AFC Champions League 2.

Thép Xanh Nam Định is making a significant mark by entering the top 10 highest-valued clubs in the 2025 AFC Champions League 2 season, according to Transfermarkt. With a total value of 9.21 million euros, Nam Định ranks ninth and stands shoulder to shoulder with Asian giants like Al-Nassr, Al-Wasl, Gamba Osaka, and Pohang Steelers.

This season, Nam Định boasts a strong squad featuring a large contingent of foreign players. They have nine international athletes on their roster, including five new signings. These additions not only diversify their playing style but also elevate the team’s overall value. Notably, goalkeeper Caique (valued at 800,000 euros), South African midfielder Njabulo Blom (950,000 euros), and especially striker Percy Tau, who previously played in the Premier League and is valued at 1 million euros.
