Announcement of the official debut date for Coach Nguyễn Tuấn Kiệt's new team

Coach Nguyễn Tuấn Kiệt stands out as one of Vietnam’s top volleyball tacticians, having attained impressive "dream-like" accomplishments with the women’s squad.

Following his official departure from VietinBank, Coach Nguyễn Tuấn Kiệt is set to embark on a new challenge in his coaching career. This week, the experienced coach will sign a contract with the Hanoi women’s volleyball team - Hanoi Tasco Auto.

Successfully recruiting Coach Nguyễn Tuấn Kiệt is viewed as a crucial step in the capital team’s plan to restructure their roster. The Hanoi Tasco Auto coaching staff will undergo a complete overhaul to prepare for the 2026 national championship season. Meanwhile, the head coach for the 2025 season will be reassigned to oversee youth training, ensuring continuity and long-term development for the club.

Alongside the changes on the coaching bench, Hanoi has also promptly strengthened its squad with several "blockbuster" signings. Three new players, all national team members: Nguyễn Khánh Đang, Lê Thanh Thúy, and Vi Thị Như Quỳnh, have signed contracts and will join the team from the first phase of the 2026 national championship held in April in Đông Anh.

These are considered quality additions that will deepen the team’s lineup. Currently, Hanoi Tasco Auto has no plans to recruit additional domestic players.

Coach Nguyễn Tuấn Kiệt is one of the most distinguished figures in Vietnamese women's volleyball. Before joining the Hanoi women's team, he led clubs such as Công Thương Bank and Quảng Ninh, leaving a strong mark with his expertise and ability to build disciplined, effective playing styles.

At the national team level, he still holds the position of head coach of the Vietnamese women’s volleyball team, bringing historic achievements to the country's sports over the past three years.
