Alcaraz's French Open celebration party location exposed Coach Ferrero's response has attracted attention

The topic of Alcaraz's eagerness to get together with friends has sparked a lot of discussion after the release of his Netflix documentary. But now, it appears that he has received permission from his core team to celebrate his epic victory against Jansinna in the French Open final.

Alcaraz has been partying with his brothers and friends after winning the Roland Garros title for the first time last year, a behaviour that has been publicly criticised by team manager Albert Molina and coach Carlos Ferrero. Spectators were surprised by the candid comments from Molina and Ferrero, which some former players saw as a sign that the Spaniard lacked the focus needed to become a tennis legend.

However, Alcaraz defended his Wimbledon title after returning from a holiday in Ibiza last year, justifying his French Open victory. Ferrero has now revealed that he plans to continue the post-French party tradition after Alcaraz's thrilling victory over Sinner.

Ferrero said:

"He's relaxing. Yesterday I told him to enjoy himself, that he deserves it, but always remember that he is a tennis player. We know him as a person, he's in great shape and he'll come back in the best shape and look new. Instead of calling it a 'party', it's a relaxing moment to spend time with friends, put your tennis ball off and get back to being a regular 22-year-old. He does go on vacation, but only occasionally, not every day, as one might think. ”

After the French Open final in Paris, Ferrero confessed to the media that he was full of appreciation for the young disciple's performance in reversing the victory after saving three match points -

I think he was born to fight for the big spectacle. Every time he gets into a critical situation, even if he plays a Challenger, 250 or 500 event as a young man, he always gives it his all when he gets a big opportunity at that age. Of course, this occasion is more important than other events, but his style of play should remain the same.

We've been trying to mentally prepare him for situations like seven in the fifth set. He took the initiative from the first point, was always brave and aggressive, always wanting to score directly. Seeing these two players fighting for the championship made me think tennis should be happy about that. For them, every time they play, they improve because they know they have to play to beat their opponents, and that pushes them to push their limits.

……

Alcaraz will play as the top seed in the ATP Queen's Club 500 tournament next Monday. He won the event in 2023 but lost to Jack Draper in the second round in London last year.

With the start of the annual grass-court season, the topic of Wimbledon has become a hot topic in the tennis world. Alcaraz, the two-time Wimbledon champion in a row, will undoubtedly be the hottest of the hotspots.
