Outside hitter Nguyễn Thị Bích Tuyền is back in training with Ninh Bình, expected to boost the host team’s strength before the second phase of the 2025 National Volleyball Championship.
Nguyễn Thị Bích Tuyền has rejoined training with the Ninh Bình club after a period away, preparing for phase 2 of the 2025 National Volleyball Championship.
According to SGGP, Bích Tuyền is maintaining stable morale and actively engaging in specialized training programs. This is a positive sign for Ninh Bình’s ambitions in the upcoming tournament, which will be held at their home court from October 10 to 19.
After phase 1, Ninh Bình leads with 5 consecutive wins, followed by VTV Bình Điền Long An (4 wins, 1 loss), Thông tin - Đông Bắc, and VietinBank (3 wins, 2 losses).
Previously, Bích Tuyền did not participate in the 2025 World Championship held in Thailand. After that tournament, the Vietnam women's national team concluded their first training camp of the year and returned players to their clubs to prepare for the domestic league.
The return of national players to their clubs will make phase 2 of the national championship more exciting. These key players who have competed internationally will surely enhance the tournament’s quality and create many thrilling matchups.
Specifically for Ninh Bình, they now have their strongest squad along with the home-court advantage, aiming not just for the finals but also targeting the championship title.
Meanwhile, defending champions VTV Bình Điền Long An remain strong contenders with a young squad full of potential. Thông tin - Đông Bắc and Công Thương Bank are also ready to surprise with their balanced teams. Additionally, the league features teams like Hóa chất Đức Giang Lào Cai, Hưng Yên, Thanh Hóa, and Ho Chi Minh City, promising intense matches for the top spots.
According to the Vietnam Volleyball Federation’s plan, after phase 2 concludes, the national women’s team will regroup for their second training camp.
