This marks the coastal team's first win of the current season, demonstrating a strong resurgence in both morale and collective gameplay.
Before the match began, Ho Chi Minh City, featuring main attacker Tu Thanh Thuan, was expected to establish a favorable position. However, the actual course of the game unfolded quite differently.
Sanest Khanh Hoa started confidently, executing a solid and effective strategy. Main attacker Ngoc Hieu emerged as the standout player, consistently scoring from the wing and helping the blue-shirted team build an early lead.

Meanwhile, Ngoc Hieu continued his impressive form, coordinating well with the setter to exploit gaps. Stability in both offense and defense enabled Sanest Khanh Hoa to win another 25-20, extending the lead to 2-0.
The third set witnessed a strong comeback effort from Ho Chi Minh City. They noticeably improved their defensive capability and capitalized on counter-attack opportunities to gain a 2-point lead midway through the set. However, when pushed into a difficult situation, Khanh Hoa's resilience shone. Their blocking line repeatedly proved effective, neutralizing many opponent attacks to equalize the score.
The two teams contested each point, and the set score was continuously balanced. But in the decisive final moments, Ngoc Hieu shone again with precise finishing shots, helping Khanh Hoa win 30-28 and close the match with a 3-0 score.
This is the first victory for Coach Ngo Van Kieu's players after five consecutive losses. Sanest Khanh Hoa remains at the bottom of the standings in the 2026 National Championship.
